Coordinating Officer

Job description and responsibilities
  • Prepare company reports, including annual report which is necessary for analysts, investors and shareholders, also report the related information regarding to the requirement of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Office of the SEC, as well as other relevant agencies.
  • Using media and necessary tools as a communication gateway, sharing the company’s information, news and public relation information to the public correctly and effectively in timely manner.
  • Organize the Shareholder’s meeting and Board of Director’s meeting in accordance with the law Articles of Association and various practices.       
  • Record the minutes of the shareholders' meeting and the Board of Directors' meeting as well as follow up to ensure compliance according to the resolution of the shareholders' meeting and the Board of Directors' meeting.
  • Liaise and coordinate with regulatory agencies such as the SEC and the Stock Exchange of Thailand, etc., supervise the disclosure of information and information reporting in accordance with the laws, regulations and the Company's information disclosure policy.
  • Coordinate the disclosure of information and information reporting in the relevant parts according to the regulations and requirements of the Office of the Securities and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
  • Coordinate the registration as well as amendment of registration for the company and affiliated companies, to ensure the accurate information and consistent with the resolutions of the Board of Directors and the shareholders' meetings including taking action within the period specified by the law to be responsible for the registration.
  • Track the rules and regulations of the stock exchange and the company's supervisory authority.

Qualifications
  • Male / Female
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience of working in Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) field or companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand will be an advantage.
  • Good Personality & Good problem solving skill
  • Good command in English, minimum TOEIC score 550
  • Good coordination, communication and negotiation skill
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office.
  • Able to travel (if needed), able to drive a car and have a license.
  • Works well under pressure.
Financial Analysis Senior/Officer

Job description and responsibilities
  • Make the year budget, update budget as required and follow up
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
  • Make the expenses, cost analysis and checking, cost deducting follow up
  • Management analysis and forecast as required
  • Independently prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Adhere to current accounting/finance laws and regulations
