The total remunerative value: Sahacoen PCL pays monthly rent at 144,000.- Baht for 3 years effective on June 1, 2005, the total amount of is 5,184,000.- Baht (Five million one hundred and eighty-four thousand Baht only). 5. Rental Conditions: The rental rate charged by Sinparadorn Company Limited is at the market price charging in the Sriracha Saha Group Industrial Park. 6.
