Ref: SCG-SET-07-005 March 6, 2007 Subject: Transaction with related companies Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand The Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2007 of Sahacogen(Chonburi) Public Company Limited held on March 6, 2007 has approved to rent 27.55 rais of the land of the deed no. 4184 between Sahacogen Kabinburi Company Limited (the subsidiary) and Saha Pattana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited. - Relationship: Saha Pattana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited is the major shareholder of Sahacogen (Chonburi) PCL - Objectives : To operate the Biomass Cogeneration Power Plant business. The term of the rental agreement for the 27.55 rais of the land is 13 years effectively on March 15, 2007 to March14, 2020. The rental charges, totally 67.73 million Baht were calculated from the standard rate that Saha Pattana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited normally charges to its other customer in the industrial park. This transaction is types of connected transactions in supporting normal business transaction according to the notification of the Stock Exchange of Thailand concerning to the Disclosure of Information and Other Acts of Listed Companies Concerning the Connected Transaction, 2003.
